Why would we need support to develop strategies for our business?
Imagine this scenario;
You are losing market share on your key product that has been your bread and butter. Your initial decisions to increase advertising and reduce prices has had little effect. Social media is the buzz word, but does not seem to be working either. Implementing that new untried product that may boost business will be costly to launch. Finding enough qualified people to support its development is time taking and risky; and low and behold, the opportunity to buy (at a good price, of course) one of your main rivals you have been eyeing, has finance worrying about debt levels.
What do you do – where do you start? There is opportunity and risk here but whatever you decide, you must be sure it will increase sales and protect the future of the company.
